The production of Xryselaion is a process that begins in our family's olive groves and is completed with care and respect in the bottle that reaches your table. From the first stage of cultivation to the final bottling, every step is carried out with consistency, knowledge and love for the product and our place.
The olives are harvested by hand, at the moment they have reached the ideal ripeness, in order to ensure the maximum quality of the fruit. They are taken directly to the oil mill and pressed the same day using the cold pressing method. In this way, the olive oil maintains the richness of its natural ingredients, the aroma of freshly picked olives and the full, authentic taste that characterizes the Koroneiki variety.
After production, the oil goes through a careful filtering process and storage in appropriate conditions, so that it remains unchanged until bottling. We choose packaging that protects the product from light and oxygen — whether it’s glass bottles, metal containers or the practical pouch with an ergonomic spout. Each package is designed to preserve the freshness and quality of Xryselaion until the last drop.
For us, production and packaging are not just processes. They are the continuation of a tradition that honors the land, the fruit and the consumer. It is the journey from tree to bottle — a journey that is imprinted in every drop of our olive oil.
